Mobile: Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition Notifications Have WF_NL_NOTIF_UNAVAILABLE Error and Are Missing Lines and Approval History Sections In the Notification Display (Doc ID 2209147.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.4 version having two issues with Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order notifications via the Approvals mobile application

1) When using mobile Approvals app when attempting to approve get error WF_WL_NOTIF_UNAVAILABLE
2) The Lines section and Approval History sections are missing
 
Another key observation is this:
1. Go to Workflow Administrator Web Applications > Worklist Data Services Manager > Configuration
2. Provide "POAPPRV" or "REQAPPRV" for Internal Name, check the checkbox "Configured" and click on Go
3. When viewing the Rules and Regions there is no data displayed -- confirming that these were not populated for some reason during the patch application


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Mobile Application Release 6.0
2. Apply Procurement mobile application <Patch 22466239>:R12.PRC_PF.C
3. Generate Purchase Order Approval or Purchase Requisition Approval notifications
4. Open the mobile device and open the Approvals mobile application
5. When viewing Purchase Order or Purchase Requisition notifications the issue occurs
