Field Service Technician Portal : Quantity Will Drive Inventory Negative (Doc ID 2209259.1)

FSTP : Quantity will drive inventory negative getting this error after clicking on the next page of the FSTP for Material Lines.


(x) Error
    Quantity will drive inventory negative. See Install Line Item: XXXXXXXX  and Quantity: 1.

  (The Item is selected in LINE 1)


1. Assign the task
2. Enter the Debrief
3. Add Material Lines
4. Enter 10 Lines do not save.
5. Click Next
6. Enter 1 Line (*)
7. Save

=> Negative Quantity error.

(*) This happens for even 2 lines.
      If you have an existing line in Debrief that is saved and add a second line and click save again the Negative Quantity error shows up.


We need to delete all the Lines and enter 10 Lines for the Debrief to be saved and completed.
When the Item is saved to the Debrief the item Quantity shows in the Item Supply Demand Screen with Identifier as CSF_DBF
This supply demand gets cleared when we remove the item from the Debrief material and save.
