Not Able To Delete UOM Once Offer Line Is Saved (Doc ID 2209290.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Offers

On Offer > Product Lines, users are not able to delete UOM from an existing line

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create accrual offer with UOM on product line.
2. Remove UOM and update offer. Note that UOM doesn't get removed from product line.
