After enabling Transparent Data Encryption and network encryption in E business suite Jdeveloper database connections fails with below error.

ERROR

Vendor Code: 17002"

Current SQL information unavailable - no session.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Jdeveloper "Edit Database Connection" > Test connection
