Goal

Question related to rollback the Payments Data encryption.

How to decrypt the bank accounts/Credit Cards data? Customer is planning to turn on encryption in the PROD instance. They will follow the setups and then run "Encrypt Sensitive Data Request Set".

In case of any issues with payments, post encryption, or if customer later decides to follow an alternative to PA-DSS to deal with Payments data (such as custom Tokenization), is it possible to revert back encryption as the request set "Decrypt Sensitive Data Request Set" is end dated ?
