ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The "Dock – Drag and drop" app action (Action Check/Audit Action) is ignored when used as an Action Check.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the action check apply to the action specified as "Dock - Drag and Drop"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create an action check for app action 'dock - drag and drop' with an allow condition that is always false
2. Assign the action check to a user
3. Logout and login again with the respective user to apply the change.
4. Open dock scheduler for one of the locations of shipment stops
5. Try to drag and drop the shipment to any slot
6. Action is performed and action check is ignored
