Billing schedule not Matching with Schedule under Edit Schedule for Yearly (Doc ID 2209474.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

When we create a yearly billing using subscription contact, the billing schedule is not matching with the schedule under 'Edit Schedule'.

STEPS
-------
1. Create Contract
2. Add subscription lines
3. Add Billing schedules
4. Navigate to template >> 'Edit Schedule', it does not match with the billing schedule.
