R12.1:JL: Error "PPR: Payment Process Request Already Exists" (Doc ID 2209727.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Pmt PayReports PBatch & Prepay

When attempting to create a payment batch,
the following error occurs.

Payment Process Request Name - Payment Process Request already exists.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables - Brazilian localization
2. Path: Payments -> Entry -> Payment Batches
3. Create a payment batch: Payment Process Request (PPR)
Payment Process Request (web form)
The following error occurs:

Payment Process Request Name - Payment Process Request already exists.
The error comes up whenever a PPR is with a different name.

WORKAROUND: Set JLBR Check Date BDC Validation profile value to NO.
or
Use quick payments what is not feasible due to the volume of data.
or
Change the batch name and the process works.

Note:
