Payroll Processes Results Form Performance Issue after RUP9 (21980909) (Doc ID 2210011.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Performance Issue


When querying on the view > payroll process form > the return time for data can be up to 30 minutes

As identified within a  trace, the following sql code appears to contain the performance issue:

 

 



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager -> View -> Payroll Process Results. Populate the Payroll - From - To - Action Type.
2. Experiencing Payroll Processes taking long time to retrieve Details in Form when selecting the minimum date range. It usually completes in 2 to 3 minutes.
3. The Window "Payroll Processes" will not produce the results in the form and is stuck in query mode with the mini-window "Cancel Query".
4. It's taking about 30 minutes for the information to appear in the form.
