Symptoms
On : 6.4.1 version, Sourcing bid creation - Development Box
Action>> 'Send Bid invitation' is performed from the Bid Round and it is observed that service provider does not receive the notification emails
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Sourcing>>Shipment Set is created
b. Sourcing>>Lane Aggregation>>Lane summary is built
c. CRT template is generated
d. Project and Big gets created
e. From the Bid>action>Send Bid invitation is performed
f. Service Provider does not get notification
