Following error occurs at distribution level while importing requisition via requisition interface table using REQIMPORT concurrent program for fixed price service line type. 

Error:
You cannot approve this requisition. The sum of the Allocation value does not add up to 100.
Action: Change the Allocation values to add up to 100.


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate requisition interface table
2. Run requisition import

Other:
For Goods line type , its working fine.
