When trying to view event details in Subledger Accounting there is error "You have encountered an unexpected error" (Doc ID 2210561.1)

Symptoms

On Application Release 12.1.3:

It was found that, after clicking on Error link on SLA Accounting Events page, for an event in Error status, following error is occurring:

"You have encountered an unexpected error".

Detailed Java error stack is also showing:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transaction_id_pkg.get_transaction_identifiers. ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got -.
