Performance Issue when Associating MRs to Visits

Performance issue is observed when associating Maintenance Requirements (MRs) to Visits using associate to visit screen.
After searching for unplanned or planned MRs, select Associate To Visit option and then click on Apply button. The screen hangs and then times out.

Expect no performance issues when associating the MR to the visit, and no time out to occur.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search MR
2. On Visit Details page, add an unplanned MR, click on Associate to Visit and then click on Apply.
