Menu Items Missing From Sales Order Screens Intermittently (Doc ID 2210783.1)

Sales Order menus intermittently are not available. If user restarts the E-Business Suite (EBS), menu items often return.

Menu options should be available at all times.

It is not specific to any Sales Order, but to an Oracle EBS session.
