On the Mobile Pending Allocations Page, Allocations with Many Decimal Places in the Secondary Quantity Do Not Save in 11i (Doc ID 2210831.1)

On : 11.5.10.2 version, OPM Mobile

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to create a pending allocation on the Mobile Pending Allocations page for dual UOM items, if the quantities go out to many decimal places the allocation is not saved. There is no message displayed that the transaction was saved, but you are returned to the Query page. Checking in the desktop form, no allocation was actually created. This works if the quantities contain only a few decimal places, but not when they go out very far. This also works through the desktop form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Process Execution mobile responsibility
2. Select Pending Allocations and for a dual UOM ingredient enter a quantity that goes out to many decimal places

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create allocations in Mobile in this scenario.
