Goal

Item status attribute is controlled in master level, therefore the item status cannot be changed to inactive at the org level.
If the item status master level is changed to org level, the Application will allow the changes for item status inactive in org level.

What is the impact if changes are made for the item status attribute is controlled in master level to org level?
