ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DELIVERY OPTS EMAIL DOES IS NOT SENDING TEXT OUTPUT REPORTS - HOWEVER, PDF, ETC WORK FINE
Run any concurrent program that produces a text output and use the "Delivery Opts" option to email the output. No email is received.
