E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Upgrade related issues

 

 

 

Online Patching Enablement <Patch 13543062>:R12.AD.C hangs with the following errors:

There are now 90 jobs remaining (current phase=A22):
20 running, 0 ready to run and 70 waiting.

FAILED: file ADZDWRKR.sql on worker 7 for product ad username APPLSYS.

The following errors also appear in the alert.log:

alert.log-TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out
alert.log- ns secondary err code: 12606
alert.log- nt main err code: 0
alert.log- nt secondary err code: 0
alert.log- nt OS err code: 0

alert.log-WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)

Changes

Download and apply the Online Patching Enablement patch: 13543062:R12.AD.C.

Use Autopatch in hotpatch mode to apply the patch (adpatch options=hotpatch,forceapply).
