When attempting to submit Interface Trip Stop (ITS) for a Delivery , the request fails to interface the assigned Delivery Lines and
the following error is seen in the request log

Cost Of Goods Sold Account Generation Failed with error : Please select a value other than 'xxx' for xxSegment


In this case the error reported is "Please select a value other than '000' for Product Segment"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Shipping > Interfaces > Run
3. Select Interface Trip Stop - SRS request and submit this for the Delivery in question.
