When an employee is moved from one payroll to another in the middle of the period, PSP: Import payroll transactions from HRMS errors with:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : In Labor Distribution , Progress S&L > Processes and Reports > Run
2. PSP: Import Payroll Transactions from HRMS > Defining Parameters
3. Run PSP: Reconciliation between Payroll lines and Sub Lines
