WIP Requirement Quantity Wrongly Getting Updated For Components With Phantoms

Symptoms

1) For the final assembly there are 2 phantoms and 1 regular component
 
  A. Phantom sub assembly 1 with quantity =1
  B. Phantom sub assembly 2 with qty =0 .00000340751
  C. Actual precious component 3 with quantity =1


2) A Job is created for the assembly item with 100,000 quantity and it is showing the correct value for the component 47350046 as 0.340751. Job : 1014338
 
3) When trying to change the start quantity of the above mentioned job to 100,001, there is a message displayed that you can not change the quantity of this job.

4) When the start quantity of the job is changed back to 100,000 and on clicking the SAVE button , the component required quantity for the component 47350046 is changing to 100,000 (which is incorrect)
