Symptoms

Parameter "SHOW ASSIGNED UNTENDERED SHIPMENTS OF SERVPROV" is set to False in a planning Parameter Set. A Shipment is planned using this planning Parameter Set. Separately this planning parameter set is assigned to Service Providers users using User Preferences. When logged in as Service Provider, Users can see the Assigned Un-tendered Shipments on "Appointments Manager" in "Shipments Without Appointments" section
