report # CLHM856409 went to VALERIE's Supervisor / Manager LUIS for approval.
LUIS has signing limit of 100.00 CLP for DOC_COST_CENTER= RRH
LUIS approved report # CLHM856409 but now report shows as

"Request Approval Process/Store Note DEFERRED #NULL ..."
