On Transaction Workbench When Using The Payment Terms List Of Values (LOV) Getting Error ORA-01841 (Doc ID 2211782.1)

Symptoms

Transactions form Payment Terms list of values (LOV) errors with below error messages:


ORA-01841: (full) year must be between -4713 and +9999, and not be 0

ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARPT_SQL_FUNC_UTIL", line 1335

FRM-40502: ORACLE error: unable to read list of values


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables responsibility
Navigation: Transactions> Transactions

  1. Enter transaction data
  2. Select Payment Terms LOV
