R12: CE: Cash Management Import And Auto-Rec Not Recognizing Valid Bank Account Numbers (Doc ID 2211900.1)

Symptoms

When trying to launch the Bank Statement Import and/or the Autoreconciliationprogram from both the Bank Statement Interface (Tools -->Auto-Rec) or the Bank Statement and Reconciliation Form (Tools -->Auto Rec), below error tis showing : 

"Bank Account does not exist".

The bank account number however does exist, and is a valid bank account. No issues are found when trying to import or auto-reconciloation using the seeded concurrent request programs.
