OHS:R12.1Cash Management Import And Auto-Rec Not Recognizing Valid Bank Account Numbers

When trying to launch the Bank Import and/or the Auto-Rec from both the Bank Statement Interface (Tools -->Auto-Rec) or the Bank Statement and Reconciliation Form (Tools -->Auto Rec), I receive an error that states "Bank Account does not exist". The bank account number however does exist, and is a valid bank account. No issues are found when trying to import or auto-rec using the seeded concurrent request programs.
