ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Learners not able update learning paths from Learner self service Home page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Learner should be able to update Learning path from Learner home page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Learner Self Service Responsibility
2. Click on Leaner Home
3. Not able to update Learning Path
