Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Receipts Related

Lockbox Process Import drops records

Lockbox file has 64 records. Lockbox Process imported only 62--i.e. dropped two records (record type 4).

ERROR
-----------------------
Record 45: Rejected - Error on table "AR"."AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE_ALL", column AMOUNT_APPLIED1. ORA-01722: invalid number


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. prepare the control file
2. Run the submit import autolock box process
3. getting above error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import the receipts through autolockbox.
