"ejb.Invoice record not found:" - Unable to Restrict Which Invoice Records Users Can View and Edit Even If the VPD Profile Is Setted To "All" (Doc ID 2212271.1)

Symptoms

CURRENT BEHAVIOR
==================
Users are not able to edit the Involved Party Location, when the VPD profile is configured with READ access. Users has access only for that particular invoices that has a the Involved Party Location qualifier defined the same as in VPD profile.
When the VPD profile is configured with INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE access, users are able to see all invoices, but they can edit only that ones that has a the party qualifier defined the same as in VPD profile

The edit action is ending with bellow error:

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
==================
Users should not be able to see all the invoices when the VPD profile is configured with INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE, they should see only that ones that has the Involved Party Location the same as in VPD profile.
