Slow performance when running adpatch

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

$AU_TOP/patch/115/driver
admrgpch -d . -preinstall -<command> u10124646.drv
--> This step is to merge the previously applied pre-install merged patch with u10124646.drv and create below new driver file

Apply $AU_TOP/patch/115/driver/u_merged.drv using
adpatch options=nocopyportion,nogenerateportion
