'Approved' Is A Static Text Instead Of A Link While Navigating To Requisition Details Page

Symptoms

On Release 12.1.3.1 version, Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Why, is the "Approved" Status on the Requisition Summary screen appearing like a Text field and Not a Hyper-link as in Purchasing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users, expect the same behavior when navigating to the page in Purchasing as it is through iProcurement.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step A
Sign on to Application
Select Responsibility: Purchasing
Navigation: Buyer work Center >> Requisition >> Demand Work bench >> Click: On Requisition Number >>
Opens Requisition ->> View Status: Approved ->> Appears as a Hyper-link (Approved Button)

Step B
Sign on to Application
Select Responsibility: Purchasing
Navigation: Buyer work Center >> Requisition >> Sub Menu: Summary >>
Search Requisition ->> Enter Requisition Number ->> Click: 'Go"
Returns Requisition details ->> Click: On Requisition Number >> View Status: Approved ->> Appears as "Text"

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is confused as to why the same behavior is not there when navigating in Purchasing as it is through iProcurement .
