Symptoms
After applying Patch 21122751 on performing CSV Export getting XML Parsing Error : XML or text declaration not at start of entity
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 21122751.
2. Navigate to Business Process Automation >> Data Import/Export >> CSV Export
3. In Export CSV screen enter below details and press Run button.
Export Object Type : Export Table ; Output Destination : Browser ; Run Job in Background : N
4. In Export CSV screen enter below detail and press Run button.
Command : xcsv ; Table Name : FINDER_SET ; Exclude Public : Y ; Where Clause : finder_set_gid = ‘XXXX.LOW_INVOICES_NOT_MATCHED’
5. System throws error message XML Parsing Error : XML or text declaration not at start of entity
