Pending Immediate Programs No Concurrent Manager Is Defined (Doc ID 2213140.1)

Symptoms

When submitting concurrent requests of the execution method "Immediate, the request remains in an indefinite Phase/Status of Pending/Standby under the Conflict Resolution Manager (FNDCRM) and Request Diagnostics shows a Phase/Status of Inactive/No Manager with following error message:

ERROR
-----------------------
"No concurrent manager is defined to processes this request, so it cannot be processed.

Contact your system administrator to define a concurrent manager to process this request or
to verify that existing concurrent managers have the correct specializations rules."

 
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run an Immediate program, such as "Compile Value Set Hierarchies"or "Prints environment variable values"
