PCP's Speciality Does Not Display After Selection on Update Primary Care Providers Self-Service Page

On : 12.2 HRMS RUP6 version, Self Service Benefits

In Self-Service Benefits; on 'Update Primary Care Providers" page, selecting a 'Specialty' from LOV reverts back to null after selection

Value selected in 'Specialty' LOV retains

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service -> Benefits
2. Next to 'Update Primary Care Providers' page
3. Select a Speciality from the LOV
4. Value is not retained after selection
