Error Message In The Locator Field Of The Physical Inventory Tags (XML) Report (Doc ID 2213590.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When running "Physical inventory tag listing (XML)" (INVARPTG_XML) in English session, it completed normally with correct output.
But when running it in Japanese session, it completed normally with FLEX-BAD CCID INPUT error in locator of output.

Error

FND_NEW_MESSAGES
MESSAGE_NAME :
  FLEX-BAD CCID INPUT
MESSAGE_TEXT :
  Program error: An error has occurred while looking up a flexfield segment combination. Please inform your support representative that:
  The FND_FLEX_SERVER validation function has encountered a null or negative combination ID (&CCID) while trying to look up the segment values for this combination.
  This may indicate an invalid entry in the unique ID column of the combinations table.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Check Tag Counts and locator
    (N)INV => Counting => Physical Inventory => Tag Counts
     ==>Completed normally, but error in locator of output
