Oracle Lite Is Not Syncing After Server Configured As SSL

On : 11.5.10
After configuring SSL on the server Oracle lite sync is not working.
After configuring Oracle Lite standalone server to SSL with an internal CA certificate the Olite server page works, it allows a connection and shows the correct certificate.
Even downloading a new client will install but during the first sync it hangs at 10%
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle lite client installed before converting Olite Server to SSL.
2. Sync was successful via localhost:80 and msync.exe
3. Olite server changed to SSL following instructions from MOS note below:

4. Logged into Oracle MFS Laptop done sync which is ending in error "MS-9107 Network disconnected during sync"
