E-Business Suite 11i Applications Technology Stack, Database for Applications Technology issues

Users are unable to upgrade the database from 10g to 11g (10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3) on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 using the following document:

While using the Database Upgrade Assistant the upgrade fails on 'Step 6 of 6: Upgrading Oracle Server' with the following error:


ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Showed the upgrade log show the following:

execute dbms_rmin.install;
BEGIN dbms_rmin.install; END;
