Credit Check Hold Applied At Pick Release Is Automatically Placed On Hold

When doing pick release on some orders, the released order is automatically placed on hold even if the hold was previously removed by the user.

The pick release re-apply the hold over and over so we cannot allocate the material.It seem to be because of a Credit Check hold problem.
You found the following error in the pick release log:


"Credit Checking package API error".
In the pick release log, we found the following error: (in french) ": PL/SQL : erreur numérique ou erreur sur une valeur: tampon de chaîne de caractères trop petit"


1. Using FRC 'Order Management Responsibility'
2. Pick Release an order where the credit check hold was removed
3. Order goes back on Credit Check hold and results in error above.


 The issue reappears when upgrading from 12.1 to 12.2 as well.  The 12.1 instance had the patch applied, but had to reapply the patch for 12.2 version./
