Returned Requisition Line Is In Approved Status (Doc ID 2213845.1)

Symptoms

Try to return a requisition Line , system is creating the New Requisition as per the new feature but for the returned line, authorization status stays in approved status instead of returned.
 and we receive the following exception :

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Message not found. Application: , Message Name: po.plsql.PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_AUTH.return_action:80:do_return not successful - po.plsql.PO_DOCUMENT_ACTION_PVT.do_action:110:unexpected error in action call.

Steps to Replicate
1. Requisition is created .The requisition is then approved.
2.In the Buyer Work Center -Line selected to conduct the return.
3.During the return checkout - the Return Entire Requisition checkbox is unchecked. Then return is submitted for the Selected Line
4. The Return is successful- returned Line is no longer available and the other lines remain available for Autocreate
