iSupplier Portal Full Access Responsibility Missing In Define Responsibility Form (Doc ID 2213880.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle iSupplier Portal, Release 11.5.10.2 or later, the responsibility iSupplier Portal Full Access is not existing in the production environment.

The same responsibility exists in the test environment, however.
It is expected that the responsibility exists in all environments.

Due to this issue, the administrators cannot complete setups or assign the responsibility to supplier users, and supplier registration cannot be performed since this responsibility is not available.


Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Responsibility: System Administrator
3. Navigation: Security > Responsibility > Define
4. Query for the seeded responsibility "iSupplier Portal Full Access". No records are returned.
