Service Order Status Is Not Getting Refreshed/updated In Depot Repair After Shipping

Symptoms
After shipping repaired Item, Status in Logistic line is not getting updated as 'Shipped' until manually hitting 'Refresh Logistic'.
Even Service Order status is not getting updated even though the Profile is set.
Steps:
- Open Service Request
- Set the profile option: "CSD: Default Service Order Status After..." = 'Shipped'
- Ship Order
=> Status in Logistics (tab) got updated as shipped only after hitting the 'Refresh Logistics' button manually.
