'End Of Year Reconciliation Summary Totals Report' Is Different From Other End Of Year Reports

We have two separate issues where the 'End of Year Reconciliation Summary Totals Report' is different from the following other end of year reports:
- End of Year Reconciliation Detail Report
- End of Year Reconciliation Summary Report
- Payment Summary Validation Report
First issue is a negative reportable allowance of -$12.80. It should be deducted from Gross Income and not incorporated into the Reportable Allowance totals. The 'End of Year Reconciliation Summary Totals Report' is incorrectly deducting it from the Reportable Allowances. The other reports are treating it correctly.
Second issue is a termination payment made to an employee in the 2016 financial year. The employee terminated in the 2014 financial year. This amount should be incorporated into Gross Income. The employee has not been Archived and no PAYG Payment Summary is being produced for him for 2016. His payment total in 2016 of $2531.26 is included in the 'End of Year Reconciliation Summary Totals Report' but no other reports.
