When attempting to Launch Journal Wizard from a responsibility with custom General Ledger Menu
the following error occurs

Launch WEBADI document function is not available under the <RESPONSIBILITY NAME> responsibility

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log into General Ledger
2. Select Launch Journal Wizard
