Unable To Delete The Approver Through Manage Approvals in iProcurement (Doc ID 2214100.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Approval List and Workflow

While deleting the approver through manage approvals, following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"Approval List could not be generated. Please contact your System Administrator to review AME rules setup.".


FND log messages shows the following error:

po.plsql.POR_AME_APPROVAL_LIST.delete_approver status is NULL or NOT SUPPRESSED: SUPPRESSED
po.plsql.POR_AME_APPROVAL_LIST.delete_approver Invoking ame_api3.suppressApprover()..
po.plsql.POR_AME_APPROVAL_LIST.delete_approver.others_exception ORA-20320: The , item_class , item_id , action_type_id , group_or_chain_id parameters in the approver record are null. All of name, item_class, item_id, action_type_id and group_or_chain_id should have a not-null value for an approver record while suppressing an approver or clearing suppressions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement Responsibility.
2. Click Change Managerial Approver
3. Click on Delete Approver/Viewer
4. Submit and see the error.
