Find Escalations Form Error FRM-40102: Record Must Be Entered Or Deleted First

Symptoms

In 12.1.3 on Find Escalations form after querying existing escalations then attempt to requery again, users receive error

FRM-40102: Record must be entered or deleted first.


Steps To Reproduce
===============
Navigate to any responsibility that has the Manage Escalation function, and open the Escalations form
Select the flashlight(torch) from the Tool Bar to open the Find Escalations form
Enter Search Criteria as follows
Status: Open
Owner Type: Employee Resource
Owner:
Select the Find button to return values to the grid
Select the first entry in the grid, and select Open
Escalations form is brought in focus
Update Status to Closed, and
Upon confirmation of Save, select the flashlight(torch) from the Tool Bar to return to the Find Escalations form
Select the Find button to refresh the results
Receive the error window FRM-40102: Record must be entered or deleted first
