On : 12.1.3 version, Patch application
Unable to apply the patch "24464242:R12.JAI.B" due to below errors:
Error 1:
A syntax error occurred at line 63759 in file jai121cp.ldt : No data found for upload
Error 2:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'LOAD_ROW'
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try applying the patch 24464242:R12.JAI.B using ADPATCH
2. Observed the above errors and could not progress with the patch application
