After Enabling SSO in TEST and DEV instances, attempting RMA and PO Receipts in MSCA results in error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable SSO
2. Attempt to do a PO Receipt -- get Online transaction failed
3. Attempt to do a RMA Receipt -- get Online transaction failed
