On : 12.1.3 version, Product Development Formulas
While creating a formula with formula security on as fresh or copying from another formula gives the following error.

ORA-28115policy with check option violation in package GMD_FORMULADETAIL_PVT Procedure INSERT_FORMULADETAIL.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Setup Formula Security
Navigate to System Administrator>Security>User>Define
Add Product Development Security Manager responsibility
Add Product Development Security Profile Manager responsibility
Navigate to Inventory>Setup>Organization>Organization Access
Add PR1 org to the two responsibilities listed above
Navigate to Product Development Security Manage>Security Control
Add a record for PR1 with Responsibility and User set to YES
Navigate to Product Development Security Profile Manager responsibility
Add a record for the Formulator responsibility with Automatic Update access for PR1 org
Add a record for the current user with Automatic Update access for PR1 org.
Navigate to Product Development Security Manager>Security Control and enable Formula Security
2) Navigate to Formulator
Query an existing formula
Select the next record by keying the down arrow until a blank entry form is displayed
Select copy from above record in the Edit menu selection
increment the formula version number and save the record.
