NullPointerException when trying To add As SLIN Or Option From Favorites Shopping List

On CLM iProcurement 12.1.3, when attempting to add to cart from a favorite saved in the shopping list, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a non-catalog request with details
2. Click Add to Favorites
3. Add the non-catalog request to cart
4. Re-use the saved item by going to Shop > Shopping Lists and Add to Cart (or as Option)
5. After click add to cart the error occurs.

Due to this issue, users cannot use the item saved in the shopping list
