Symptoms
Receiving error message when trying to update My Oracle Credentials from Oracle Applications Manager:
Unable to connect to My Oracle Support. Please enter a valid My Oracle Support userid and password
And the WebOAM log shows:
oracle.apps.fnd.oam.sdk.srvc.patch.MetalinkCredException: FATAL Alert:BAD_CERTIFICATE - A corrupt or unuseable certificate was received.; Root exception is:
javax.net.ssl.SSLKeyException: FATAL Alert:BAD_CERTIFICATE - A corrupt or unuseable certificate was received.
