Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues
When attempting to apply FND patches 22708274 and 21276707, which include a relink step, both fail on relinking GMFXUPD.
Log shows:
20551017/gmf/lib/gmfxuget.c:(.text+0x6f29): undefined reference to `g_seq_no'
20551017/gmf/lib/gmfxuget.c:(.text+0x6f31): undefined reference to `g_seq_no'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [applmgr/apps/apps_st/appl/gmf/12.0.0/bin/GMFXUPD] Error 1

Relink of module "GMFXUPD" failed.
Customer is on RPC5, so they are on pretty up-to-date code.
